Most Companies Aren't IT Companies — But They Run On IT
A client came to us for PDPL consulting. We found SAR 3,500 a month in infrastructure nobody had shut down.

Most companies are not I.T companies — but their business still runs on I.T.
Email, cloud, hosting, domains, storage, workplace tools, and vendor-managed systems are now part of daily operations for almost every business.
The real issue is not technology — it is the lack of complete I.T visibility.
Many businesses have I.T support — but not true I.T management. Someone fixes issues. Nobody reviews the full picture.
What We Found
A client came to us for PDPL consulting. They were not an I.T company.
But once we reviewed their environment, we found a much bigger problem.
Their AWS bill was over $200/month — for a business that only needed a static website.
An outsourced team had previously used AWS for CRM work. When the project ended, nobody cleaned up. EC2 instances, RDS resources, and storage kept running silently in the background.
The cost was not for the website — it was for infrastructure that should have been shut down.
We also found duplicate storage plans, overlapping hosting services, unnecessary premium licenses, and legacy vendor setups still billing from old projects.
What We Did
We cleaned up the AWS environment, migrated 150+ users from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365, and moved the site to proper hosting.
- SAR 3,500/month in avoidable spending eliminated
- Full visibility and cleaner infrastructure
- Better operational control across the board
Why We Built Infrashield
Not every company needs a full in-house I.T expert — but every company needs the outcome that expert would create.
Infrashield by Code7.ai helps businesses audit their I.T environment, eliminate waste, and regain full control over the systems they rely on every day.
